5 CONTINENTS. HOUSE. This second issue is filled with amazing residential work from the four corners of the globe. Each of these creations are living sculptures that were made by renowned structural artists. They have dedicated a portion of their lives to render a space of joy that provides physical, intellectual and emotional nourishment to its inhabitants and becomes an inspiration to the casual observer from far beyond. With over 100 pages of full screen photographs, audio commentaries, video, text and pages that are in motion.

Mexico based Michel Rojkind in his seminal work, the CASA PR34, transforms a ballerina’s spiritual and emotional being into a steel and plywood structured blaring red compact residence set atop her father’s modern house on a hillside in Mexico.

We meet with the California based husband and wife team from XTen Architecture, who give us a look at their mid-century Modernist inspired Hollywood creation, the cantilevered OPEN House.

With three projects from Japan, we see the various dimensions of the architectural heft from this minimalist powerhouse nation.

A project in Netherlands shows us the minimal use of everyday materials put to structured functional elegance.

Each issue has bookmark capabilities, set soundtrack capabilities that allow you to listen to a narration or music while leafing through the magazine. All the content pages will be part of the download, while connected iPads will have access to community and gps features, with additional online supplemental materials that make this a vibrant living download to collect.
