IF YOUR EDITION29 HOUSED SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR FREE DOWNLOAD AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CURRENT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: FROM THE MAIN NAVIGATION MENU, SELECT THE "LIBRARY" BUTTON. THEN SCROLL TO THE SUBSCRIPTION ICON AND SELECT THE "RESTORE" BUTTON, ENTER YOUR PASSWORD, AND ALL ISSUES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE.

THE EDITION29 APPS FOR IPAD CAN BE FOUND IN THE NEWSSTAND ICON ON YOUR IPAD. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE MAGAZINES IN YOUR NEWSSTAND, YOU MAY NEED TO SCROLL UP IN THE NEWSSTAND TO FIND YOUR EDITION29 APP.

WHEN THE APP IS FIRST OPENED, YOU WILL BE PRESENTED WITH ALL THE AVAILABLE ISSUES IN THE LIBRARY. TOUCH AND SWIPE TO THE LEFT THE ISSUE COVER IMAGES UNTIL YOU REACH THE DESIGNATED FREE ISSUES AS INDICATED BY A "DOWNLOAD" BUTTON BELOW THE ISSUE IMAGE. TOUCH THE "DOWNLOAD" BUTTON TO INITIATE THE DOWNLOAD OF THE FREE ISSUES.

I HAVE A CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION AND THE LATEST EDITION29 ARCHITECTURE ISSUES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD?

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

GO TO THE APP STORE. THE APP CONSISTS OF A LIBRARY IN WHICH YOU BUY AND MANAGE INDIVIDUAL ISSUES OR SUBSCRIBE.

PURCHASED ISSUES

ONCE YOU PURCHASE THE ISSUE, YOU CAN STORE THE ISSUE IN THE DIGITAL LIBRARY WITHIN EACH EDITION29 APP. IF YOU DELETE OR ARCHIVE IT, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT BEING CHARGED.

WHY IS THE ISSUE TAKING A LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD?

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A STRONG WIFI CONNECTION. THE ISSUES WILL NOT DOWNLOAD OVER A 3G CONNECTION. IF THERE ARE OTHER DEVICES CURRENTLY USING YOUR WIFI CONNECTION, CONSIDER DISABLING THEM TEMPORARILY UNTIL THE ISSUES ARE DOWNLOADED. IF POSSIBLE, MOVE YOUR IPAD CLOSER TO THE ROUTER TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE STRONGEST POSSIBLE CONNECTION IS ENABLED. CHECK TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER DOWNLOADS IN PROGRESS ON YOUR IPAD. IF THERE ARE, WAIT UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE ISSUES.

SOME OF MY PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ISSUES ARE MISSING. WHAT CAN I DO?

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ISSUE PREVIOUSLY, SIMPLY TOUCH THE “BUY” BUTTON AND THE SYSTEM WILL PASS YOU THROUGH TO A DOWNLOAD WITHOUT CHARGE. FOLLOW THE PROMPTS UNTIL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ISSUES ARE RESTORED.

MY APP CRASHES. WHAT CAN I DO?

WE SUGGEST UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING THE APP TO YOUR IPAD. THIS OFTEN FIXES SMALL GLITCHES, AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN.

I HAVE A BILLING PROBLEM. CAN I SEND YOU MY ITUNES ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO GET IT RESOLVED?

APPLE DOES NOT SHARE ANY BILLING OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION. CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT ARE MANAGED SOLELY BY APPLE. WE DON’T HAVE THE ABILITY TO LOOK AT YOUR PURCHASE HISTORY OR CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT. TO END YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. GO INTO THE SETTINGS APP ON YOUR IPAD

2. TAP THE STORE BUTTON IN THE LEFT COLUMN, AND THEN YOUR APPLE ID EMAIL ADDRESS.

3. CLICK ON VIEW APPLE ID AND ENTER YOUR PASSWORD.

4. UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTIONS SECTION, TAP “MANAGE”

5. TAP ON THE MAGAZINE YOU WOULD LIKE TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM.

6. SWITCH THE AUTO-RENEWAL FROM ON TO OFF
BY DOING THIS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NO LONGER AUTO-RENEW AND YOU WON’T BE CHARGED AGAIN. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITUNES DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
